Because every Unieqly product is made to order, we follow Printful’s standard return policy:

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@unieqly.com with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Since products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Wrong size ordered by the customer
Colour variation due to screen calibration

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
