Q: What image resolution do I need for a great-looking print?
A: We recommend at least 150 DPI at print size. JPG, PNG, and SVG files all work. Our design tool will warn you if the image resolution is too low.
Q: Will the print look the same as my design preview?
A: Yes — our dye-sublimation process is highly accurate. Colors on polyester fabric may appear slightly more saturated than on screen. We recommend bright, high-contrast designs for best results.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping to Europe takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
Q: Can I order matching hoodies for a group?
A: Absolutely! You can add multiple sizes and quantities to your cart. For large group orders (10+), contact us at hello@unieqly.com for assistance.
Q: Will the print fade after washing?
A: No. Dye-sublimation permanently bonds the dye into the polyester fibers — it will not crack, peel, or fade even after hundreds of washes. Just avoid hot water and direct iron on the print.
