Returns & Refunds

All products sold on our Platform are made-to-order and/or personalized.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases outlined below.

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications

  • Clearly personalized

Since our products are custom-made and produced upon order, customers do not have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for such items.

By placing an order for a customized product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of packaging (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue
